Musical Theatre After-School Program: A Collaboration between Joshua House and Joy In The City

Join us for a dynamic and engaging Musical Theatre After-School Program hosted by Joshua House and Joy In The City! This unique 10-week program offers students from 3rd to 8th grade the chance to immerse themselves in the world of musical theatre. From September 16th to November 21st, 2024, students will gather every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at The Loft in The Joshua House.
Over the course of the program, students will work together to assemble a legitimate musical theatre performance, written by a talented local playwright. Our experienced program leaders will provide comprehensive training in theatre, music, and dance, helping students to develop and refine their skills in these areas.
The culmination of all their hard work will be a spectacular performance on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at 7:30 PM at the Historic Mishler Theatre in Altoona, PA.
