JH Fit Club is an exercise club for women.
JH Fit Club aims to strengthen women physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Currently, JH Fit Club offers “Circuit”, a 45 minute, total body workout on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5:30-6:15 am. Participants should anticipate a challenging, always changing, work at your own pace, workout in an encouraging and uplifting atmosphere. Along with the workout, a tip of the day is given as well as finalizing the class in prayer. JH Fit Club aims to strengthen women physically, emotionally and spiritually.
JH Fit Club is run by Julie Kosoglow, who brings a passion for health and fitness and a love of life.
